[Bug 1788250] [NEW] AWT applications fail with java.awt.AWTError: Assistive Technology not found: org.GNOME.Accessibility.AtkWrapper

After recently upgrading to 10.0.2+13-1ubuntu0.18.04.1 in bionic, all
AWT applications have started failing with this exception: (using jedit
as an example, but it happens for lots of apps):
