Hello siyia,

I'm not aware of a mechanism by which the JRE package would affect
hibernation, and so am not sure how to proceed with your bug report.
Can you please provide more information about the problem you are
experiencing?

What is actually "broken?" Will the system no longer enter hibernation?
Does it no longer resume from hibernation? Are you running in a desktop
or server environment? How are you triggering the transition to
hibernation?

Thank you,
tony
