Hi all,

The copyright blocks at the top of the Android apps are currently just a
copy of those in the Desktop app. Obviously these will need to have Samuel
and Johan added.
However I'm wondering if this code should only contain the names of those
people who have contributed to the Android app, instead of everyone?
