The proposal to merge lp:~meths/openlp/trivialfixes into lp:openlp has been updated.

* Whitespace
* Duplicated import removal
* Include missing imports
* Some single character variable cleanup
* Duplicated code removal
* Redefining names cleanup
* Method signature matching for overridden methods
* Use log.exception in except clauses
* Don't import * from non-openlp modules
* Remove global tag when we don't make changes
* Fix old style classes
* Add some docstrings
