[Bug 598393] Re: After adding a new image to a selected (image) item in the service manager it is not selected anymore

Hello!

Let me describe OpenLP (V2) in one sentence:
A very user-friendly and highly flexibly data projector software.

Openlp.org (V1) was and is very user-friendly. OpenLP (V2) is supposed
to be even more flexible, isn't it?

"[...] it is not expected you would add lots on images one and a time."
Well, I expect that OpenLP is be able to!

"It will cause my problems if it stays selected."
What kind of problems?

I do not want to request something which is impossible but when it is
possible (what I assume) then I wanna request to imply that! Please,
open OpenLP and add some images to the service and now please try to add
more and more images to this item. It is not very handy to add them with
drag&drop.

I think that the image plugin should me more flexible, because if you do
a slide show, the likelihood that you have to change something is pretty
high ("Can you change the order? Can you add this image, and this, and
this.... ? And person x has now his/her stick, can you add them as well,
please? .......")

Thanks for reading!

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software: Confirmed

Bug description:
Hello!

1) Add a few images to the service manager
2) Select the image item in the service manager
3) choose an image in the media manager and add it via the menu entry "Add to selected Service Item".

The image will be added, but the image item in the service manager will loose its selection. In terms to add another image in the same manner it is required to select the service image item again. Because this is not very handy the selected item should not loose its selection after refreshing the service manger items.

Cheers
