Merge this now, but there are some issues I'd like us to look at:

- Merge Builder and Parser into a single class that deals with XML.
- Make the XML class more implicit - interact with it using properties and objects, not documents and XML trees.
- Eventually make the XML class/object a property on the database model which wraps around the field and handles the XML transparently
