Re: [Merge] lp:~phill-ridout/openlp/fixes into lp:openlp

With out my code clicking start loop whilst the screen is blanked or themed,
starts the loop in the live controller, but does not show up on the main
diaplay. However when the desktop is being shown, clicking start loop starts
the loop in the live contoller, as well as displaying the images on the main
screen!

I just put the show screen bit in so that it was more uniform and
predictable when using the different blank modes! Maybe there is a
underlying issue here? Perhaps there should be "two" main displays, one
which all the content is rendered on to, with a transparent background. And
annother one which sits underneith it which renders the background
images/media/blank screens. That way the screen at the forefront with the
content on could just he hidden in any blank screen mode. Just an idea!

We also need to confirm this is expected behaviour. I.e. if someone presses
the start loop button when blanked, they may be just indicating their wish
that it will loop when they later press the unblank button. Personally when
I hit blank, I don't expect anything to show on the screen, no matter what I
do, until I next hit unblank.
