How to replicate bug:

1. Start openLP
    In my case openlp started up with the openLP logo on the main display (not blanked or anything), using a theme with a solid colour background.

2. Go live on any item

3. main screen shows even though it was in show desktop mode. Note, the
hide desktop button is still selected!

Note: if blank or theme was used before showing desktop, then going live
causes the blank or theme mode to show again.

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software: New

Bug description:
If I select show desktop, and then select an item in the live controller, the show desktop "turns off" and the selected item goes live! This does not happen with any of the other blank modes.

After some digging, I have found this is the same issue as, but not limited to, the loop bug I tried to fix, so I have deleted my merge proposal.
