Are you using xine or gstreamer for your playback.  Gstreamer works for
me Xine gives me a black screen but this has always been the case.

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software: New

Bug description:
After updating from the dev repo in Ubuntu (Gnome) Video playback no longer functions for me. It had worked perfectly for the last couple of months I have tried this on two different machines that were functioning well before this. I am currently running openlp build 997.
