Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software: Fix Released

Bug description:
The openlp.org v1 import currently supports v1.2 databases.
Some people are still on v1.0.*, and I think we should see if we can support this database too, if it doesn't complicate things.

Basically allow import to work when tracks/songtracks tables don't exist.
