I got this with both the original 1.9.2 setup exe, and an up to date
OpenLP-1.9.2-bzr1028-setup.exe I produced last night.

I don't get it on my WinXP Pro VM or WinXP Home desktop, but I do get it
on a Windows 7 Enterprise PC.

Bug description:
(Although a known issue, just logging this so it's in the system and we can keep track of attempts to fix it)

On some Windows PC's, when starting the OpenLP.exe, the following error occurs. It doesn't prevent the program from running, but isn't a good first impression.
