With that exe,I only get this on one machine, and that machine may have
issues due to an over-eager McAffe anti-virus scanner not liking the
installer and giving false positives. Therefore considering fixed for
now.

Bug description:
(Although a known issue, just logging this so it's in the system and we can keep track of attempts to fix it)

On some Windows PC's, when starting the OpenLP.exe, the following error occurs. It doesn't prevent the program from running, but isn't a good first impression.
