How the menu shows is to a large extent outside of our control - I'm
very much wanting to chalk this up to PEBKAC. Please verify that this is
indeed a problem.

Bug description:
When trying to access the Help menu it quickly blinks and goes away, You can hold the mouse button down and navigate through the menu but I could not select the website option that was available.
