Looks good.  May be worth making the bible vacuuming a tools menu item in the future as they only ever grow, they don't get the churn that the songs db does.

How long does this add to shutting down the application and is it clear to the user that something is still going on or could they Start->Shutdown during vacuuming giving them weird python won't close messages?
