  Service Manager fails after 1 instance

Bug description:
  Windows XP SP3, 32-bits
OpenLP 1.9.3

The Service Manager will show a slide with success the first time preview or live is selected from the drop-down menu (right-click). But a second slide won't show. First another slide should be activated out of the Media Manager, to let the Service Manager act again. But then it still won't work properly: after every slide out of the Service manager you have to select another one out of the media manager.
