Any theme causes it. This is the one used in the video above. A plain black theme will do the same. Uploading theme, service file and registry file.

  changing images shows theme background

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Windows XP or 7. bzr1113. Add individual images to the service. Click one to go live. Click another one to go live. When you change between images it shows the background image of the theme in between the switch. 
If you add the images as a group and change slides between the group or use the timer, it does not happen.
