I think I understand but lets confirm what is happening.

- Add a song to the Service Manager and a copy of the theme is added to each individual service item and the slides generated.
- Add a song to Live / Preview and the theme details are carried forward.
- Update a theme will look in the Service Manager for all songs using the updated theme and regenerate them (may be changing the paging).
- Select a new verse in Live / Preview, this will use the copy of the service item in Live / Preview controller NOT the updated copy in the Service Manager.
- If you stay with the Live / Preview version you will have the old details
- If you select a different service item (not the same song) from the service manager the theme changes will be visible.

in using the service manager and upon changing the theme on the fly, the preview screen is not updated to what the next view should be and live is not updated to the new theme. This event is mid song. Only when changing to another song does the theme change for the live window but the preview stays with the previous theme. Also notice at some point the preview will not update to the new song picked when it is picked manually out of order.
