Title:
  Loaded OSZ incorrect behavior

Bug description:
  When an OSZ file is loaded (As opposed to creating a new order of service within the same sessoin), The application will only display the first song in the list.  Any atempts to change to another song will simply change to the corresponding verse in the first song.  

Ex:  
song 1 has 3 verses
song 2 has 5 verses
song 3 has 2 verses.


Open LP will display only song 1.  Every verse is accessible.  Songs 2 and 3 appear in the order of service list, however cannot be displayed.  OpenLP will display whichever verse number is selected in song 2 or 3 from song 1. 

Ex: 
double click on song 2 verse 3 -->> song 1, verse 3 is displayed
double click on song 3 verse 2 -->> song 1 verse 2 is displayed
