  Songbook number left from previously opened song edit dialog

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  1. Open a new song dialog, specify song's number in songbook.
2. Press cancel.
3. Open the dialog again and see the number still present there.
