This is actually a bug I was going to report, and it actually doesn't really
have anything to do with reindexing the database from my tests. There's a
problem with the missing songs import. I can reproduce it like so:

1. Create a song with a blank author (no name, surname or display name)
    * In my db, these are songs from before I joined the church and we used EW
2. Creat a service with one or more of these songs
3. Save the service
4. Create a new service
5. Load the previously saved service

  Double song entry after reindexing songs db

Bug description:
  1. Make sure you have "Import missing songs when importing a service" ticked in song plugin settings.
2. Add a song to a service, save the service.
3. Tools → Reindex songs database.
4. Close OpenLP, open it again. Last service should be opened automatically.
5. See the double entry in songs db for the song you added to service.
