It does this editing a theme with an image background. 
Edit theme, I only changed the font size. Click through to finish. Right click and edit theme again. It shows solid background and not image. Cancel and edit again and the image is showing.

Bug description:
  Editing theme shows something different every other time you edit.

Steps. Create solid theme, make a few changes to font, click through and Finish.
Edit theme, and your original settings are not there. Click cancel and edit theme again and your settings are back. If you click through to Finish and go back and edit the theme, your settings are gone again, click cancel, edit again and they are back.
