Public bug reported:

When clicking on edit theme, the wizard seems not to load all settings
in to wizzard.

Steps to reproduce:
Select theme, click edit "Edit a theme"
Step through the wizzard and click finish.
Select the theme again and click "Edit a theme" this time the theme wizard seams to loose the background settings, as well aa others like text colour!
