This is incorrect.

You have started the Remote Plugin which is running a web Server on port 4316.  This needs firewall access if you require it.
Or Turn off the remote plugin if you do not want it.
Or use the settings file to change the port.

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Version 1.9.4 of OpenLP presents an unacceptable security risk in that
  for no apparent reason it attempts network access.

  On opening OpenLP v 1.9.4 a number of firewall alerts are issued
  indicating that this software is attempting to access both the local
  network and any attached network including the internet.

  This is an obvious and blatant security risk and should be removed
  forthwith.l
