It is indirectly.
config_screen_changed is triggered when the config dialog updates screen if in override display.  This is called on exit of the screen as part of the save process.  This is only triggered if the override display changes
config_updated is called after all config updates have occurred regardless of whether anything has changed.

The refreshServiceItem only needs to change if the screen size has
changed and this can only happen by override display changes.

  changing anything in Configure brings up save service dialog

Bug description:
  Windows XP and Linux 1186
  Open OpenLP, go directly to Settings/Configure OpenLP and make any change and press ok. Close program and the "Save Changes to Service?" dialog pops up even though I never touched anything else but Configure.
