It does if you create a new save service. Can do anything about old Saved services.
The saving of the service was creating the plugin name in lower case in each service item. In the service manager it is doing a compare which did not match for a saved serviceitem but did for a saved one.

It was also doing a QString to unicode compare which is not correct.
