  Service song already in database detection logic broken

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  After playing with loading services with and without songs to fix
  another issue I ended up with multiple copies of the song I had in the
  service listed in the database.

  Should be able to reproduce just by switching between a service with a
  song and a service without a song.
