[Bug 718174] Re: OpenLP fails to start on Windows XP if account name contains Cyrillic characters

debug file is located in %appdata% - C:\Documents and
Settings\%USER%\Application Data\ but if user is Russian (I suppose -
non english) USER contains wrong charaters and OpenLP does not create
log file.

I've attached procmon log as in csv format.

May be it has sense to change log location to program folder or redirect it to screen.
But I do not see anything neither at screen nor at %appdata%\openlp folder

Title:
OpenLP fails to start on Windows XP if account name contains Cyrillic
  characters

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce
  1. Install OpenLP OpenLP-1.9.4-bzr1274 on Windows XP SP3 RU with latest updates installed
  2. Make sure your account name contains Cyrillic characters.
(Because Windows puts %appdata% to C:\Documents and Settings\$username$\Application Data so if your account contains Cyrillic characters this path would be look like C:\Documents and Settings\РусскийПользователь\Application Data
  3. Start OpenLP.

  Expected result
  OpenLP starts successfully
It is possible to start OpenLP with -l debug key.

  Actual result
  OpenLP fails to start

  Workaround
Use only English characters in the profile name. So, if your user has name USER OpenLP works.
