Works perfectly for me, but I'm on Linux. Must be a Windows thing.

Windows XP SP3
OpenLP 1.9.4-bzr1341
Steps to reproduce
1. Open the program.
2. Add new song to OOS.
3. Try to save it to "c:\*" location with name тест (test).
Expected result
c:\тест.osz exist.
You can open it with OpenLP.
Actual result
