Title:
  No progress indicator for saving/opening OOS

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:

Bug description:
  Environment
  Windows XP SP3
  OpenLP 1.9.4-bzr1341

  Steps to reproduce
  1. Open the program.
  2. Add new video file to OOS (not too big - about 100-200 Mb).
  3. Try to save OOS.

  Expected result
  Saving run in separate thread with progress displayed.

  Actual result
  OpenLP UI hung during saving operation is performing.
  No progress indicator.

  Note:
  As we save all media to osz file it take a lot of time in case of big media.
