  Previewing Images refreshes Live Controller

Bug description:
  Hello
  xubuntu 10.10, trunk r1342
  I have a single screen setup!

  1) Start OpenLP
  2) Preview a few images
  3) Change the slide in the preview controller

  Result:
  The live screen refreshes. For a single screen setup, this means, that the live screen will "pop up" again, so you have to close it again to continue to work.

  Note:
  - It seems, that text items are not affected by this (although I have not done much testing).

  Cheers
