Public bug reported:

When I had save a vmw file in the service it looks fine but after a
restart of openlp I cant open the video from service I just got this
message "Your item cannot be displayed as the plugin required to display
it is missing or inactive" but it works fine to re add the file to
service and it works to the next restart.
