Thank you for using OpenLP and taking time to report this.

Could you please attach the service file (you could rename it to zip and
remove the video file itself to make it smaller) and add the openlp.log
file from a weekly build (or trunk), see FAQ about how to create a log
file (just opening openlp and closing would do):

What version are you using?

Did the open file dialog show the file right away or did you have to
make it show "All files", for this video to show up?

  Cant save video in service

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  New

Bug description:
  When I had save a vmw file in the service it looks fine but after a
  restart of openlp I cant open the video from service I just got this
  message "Your item cannot be displayed as the plugin required to
  display it is missing or inactive" but it works fine to re add the
  file to service and it works to the next restart.
