  "Display if a single screen" does not work

Bug description:
  Hello!

  - r1356
  - xubuntu 10.10
  - single monitor setup

  The "Display if a single screen" option does not seem to work. No
  matter if I enable or disable the option, the display screen opens on
  the primary screen, when I send an item live.

  Expected behaviour:
  The display screen should not be opened when the option is disabled, rather is should be kept hidden (that's what the option connotes to do).
