  Service Manager list not dragging and dropping items correctly &
  unintuitivly

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When reordering items in the service manager list, dragging an item
  upwards and dropping it on top of annother item causes the item being
  dragged, to be placed above the the item it was dropped on. When
  dragging downwards, the item appears not below the item that it is
  being dropped on to, but below the item after that!
