  Songshow plus import adds O1 for title slide in verse order

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  But title slide with O1 isn't imported and therefore it creates an
  annoyance when you edit and try to save the song (it complains about
  O1 not in song).
