ok updated to OpenLP 1.9.4 build bzr1415 and pixelation  is gone. maybe
just an aberration on my side. Will keep an eye open to dup it again.

Bug description:
  OpenLP 1.9.4 build bzr1414

  When playing mp4 via Openlp, the video output is pixeled to some
  degree. It is not unusable but not the clean clear video that VlC
  shows of the same file.
