shortcuts for "Blank to Theme" and the like.

  No keyboard shortcut for blank

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  In v1 there is a (complex) keyboard shortcut for blank (ctrl-alt-b).
  There is no shortcut in v2 and so one needs to be added.

  "B" can't be used because of Bridge. Suggest using "." as this
  shortcut is used in PowerPoint, and therefore also supported by some
  wireless presenter controllers.
