I still don't really know why you have this here. Remove it, and leave the paragraph below it under the main heading. It's an introduction and stands fine on it's own.

What I actually meant by that was "change 'FAQ' to 'Frequently Asked Questions'"

If you're only going down 3 levels, use "---" instead of "^^^" for your headings. They end up being the same thing, and syntactically, "----" is correct.
