Review: Needs Fixing
It's a bit Shatneresque in the liberal use of commas!

I think:
  'using the "blank to" button to blank the screen, blank to theme or Show Desktop' 

is a bit verbose and shortening it to:
  'using the "blank to" button' 

pretty much sums it up. This button doesn't perform any other action.

I'm not entirely sure with my re-wording below, but in case it offers inspiration:

When this box is selected and you are using the "blank to" button to blank or hide the 
screen, when you next go live on an item it will automatically re-enable the screen.
If this box is not selected you will need to click the "blank to" button again
to reverse the action.
