I don't see a change to fix this, as the first merge request was set to
"Needs fixing" and the second one which was approved is not good enough
(although it was approved). The only way to really "fix" this is to
change the api (fix in quotation marks, because it is a new feature. The
real bug is in the _forceUnblank method.) Finally, I don't have a dual
setup here, which is necessary to test it extensive enough.

  Blank icon confused if blank song then go live on ppt

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  New

Bug description:
  Add a song and a presentation to a service.
  Go live on the song.
  Blank to black the song using the icon on the live slide controller.
  Go live on the powerpoint.

  The powerpoint correctly starts blanked. However the slide controller
  blank icon isn't shown as pressed, and it shows the Show desktop icon
  rather than the Black blank icon. Selecting the black icon from the
  dropdown list correctly unblanks the show and all is OK from that
  point on.
