Review: Needs Fixing
UI is not that clear.  4 Buttons but not explanation how to use them.
1126 why commented out?
Can you make column 1 wider on shortcut dialog.
1213 Qt = QTCore.Qt  -- YUCK, Please fix, I know it was not you but it is confusing.
