  Move "Layout Style" out of Bible settings and into Media Manager for
  easy access

Bug description:
  I use both "verse per line" and "verse per slide" in every service. It
  would be much easier to select the setting when I'm pulling verses
  than having to go into the settings every time to change the setting.
