Hmm, according to the log it seems that all the listed .mp4, .ogg and .avi extensions are supported and present.
I wonder, if a media player which uses phonon does play these files. Could you please try it?

Bug description:
  Using the Lucid ppa builds beginning at 1419 give an "Unsupported
  File" error when trying to play (preview or live) a video with the
  following extensions: mp4, ogg, and avi.  The following extension
  work: mov & mpg.
