  When starting a timed presentation, it stutters at the start

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  This has been reported on support, but I've hit it too.

  Go live on a powerpoint with timed auto-advancing slides. and background music in my case.
  It starts OK, but then after a second or two it starts again, and the music starts again.

  Workaround: Blank the screen, then go live. Unblanking will start it
  without a stutter.
