  Changing theme from image to gradient doesn't update preview

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I edited an existing theme which had an image background.
  I changed the background from image to a gradient. 
  Stepping through to the end, the preview still had the old image background.
