Public bug reported:

Win7 1492  I have images added in the media side. I added an
updated/changed image to the media side but with the same name as the
original. When I clicked the new image it displayed the original image.
I deleted the original image and it still displayed the original image
when I clicked on the new one. The thumbnail did show it different. I
closed OpenLP and reopened it and it was fine showing the new image.
FYI, the original image was added in the service when I opened OpenLP.
