We have not reproduced the functionality of version 1.
In version 1 Raoul wrote a custom widget to display the image.  we now just display text.  The footer is in the preview and will not change.  This will slow down the code and increase the space the preview takes up.

Bug description:
  Hello,

  In version 1 we had a "bar" above the verses which included the song's
  title and authors. In version 2 this is not the case.

  This probably should be changeable with a setting (enable by default).
