[Bug 774802] Re: presentation screen is shown with top panel in Ubuntu 11.04 using Unity (nVidia driver))
Yes, the bar is showing when OpenLP isn't running. I have specified the
primary monitor in nVidia settings just as I was doing it before. I
would guess, that it is an Unity issue, but as far as I know, the Unity
brings the top panel on both monitors on purpose (as the menu lists now
shows on the top panel instead of the applications window). As I have
said, LibreOffice takes no problem, when presenting. I would guess, that
the OpenLP's presentation screen needs to have the same fullscreen
behavior as the LibreOffice has.

Title:
presentation screen is shown with top panel in Ubuntu 11.04 using
Unity (nVidia driver))
Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
New
Bug description:
When I installed and ran Openlp in Ubuntu 11.04 which uses Unity I
have encountered problem with Openlp's presentation screen which also
shows the top panel (with wifi, sound, clock, etc indicators). The top
panel is presented on the second (presentation) monitor before I have
turned openlp, but if you try e.g. LibreOffice and start presentation
- the presentation screen takes the whole screen and doesn't show the
top panel.
