Public bug reported:

My 2nd monitor has a different size to my main monitor, but when OpenLP
starts up and puts the display on the second monitor, it is the same
size as the primary monitor.

If I go into Settings -> Configure OpenLP and set my monitor again
manually, then it is the correct size.
