It never pins to the task bar at any stage as there is nothing Windows
7-specific about the Windows installer. In fact, the Windows build of
OpenLP is built on Windows XP. At a highly uneducated guess (since I
don't use Windows myself), the icon you are seeing is the icon of the
installer.
